As our new Financial Controller, you will be involved in forming an EE office in a rapidly expanding area, supporting controlling tasks for Lithuanian companies, provide business support to Lithuanian project teams, be responsible for local reporting and coordinate with external tax/company about reporting.

Salary: 2000-3500 EUR/month after tax depending on experience
As our new Financial Controller, you will be involved in forming an EE office in a rapidly expanding area, supporting controlling tasks for Lithuanian companies, provide business support to Lithuanian project teams, be responsible for local reporting and coordinate with external tax/company about reporting.
Areas of responsibilities
- Compliance towards authorities for all Lithuanian companies
- The main point of contact to external service providers
- Responsible for cooperation with auditors and tax authorities
- TAX, VAT, and local GAAP reporting
- Controlling support for Lithuanian companies
- Period end tasks and reporting internally and to external parties
- Optimizations of tasks and processes
- Support in Sales Due Diligence process
Your profile
- You hold a master’s degree in auditing/accounting/finance or similar
- You have several years of experience with Lithuanian GAAP and local compliance
- You have solid experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- You have profound skills in controlling, TAX, VAT, and Lithuanian compliance
- You are skilled at digital local reporting
- You are a superuser in Excel
- You possess strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English
- Knowledge of Navision Dynamics and HFM is an advantage
