Senior Business Controller with Nordisk Film Distribution
Imagine a future where you can use your financial and data analysis skills to provide insights that strengthen the sales and acquisition activities of the leading film distributor in the Nordics.
Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for leveraging financial insights to impact real business decisions. You will create financial reports, forecasts, and business analyses and share insights that drive data informed decisions across the organization.

You will be part of a finance team with 12 bright and ambitious colleagues working in different roles in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. Together with your colleagues, you will be involved in all financial matters related to forecasting, reporting and controlling for the acquisition, sales, and marketing of films across the Nordics.
You will play an important role by:
- using your creative skills to produce innovative insights and reports to drive effective data informed decision making using benchmarks, trends, and other planning and forecasting methods
- using your communication skills to build a bridge between finance and the business
- driving the forecast process and delivering a holistic view on the direction for the business, incl. identification of key business risks
- translating business strategy into financial targets and tactical plans and supporting execution in a controlled risk/opportunity based manner
To succeed in the role, you:
- have advanced understanding of budget management, financial analysis, modelling and accounting principles
- are able to use internal and external data to deliver financial analysis and insights to help teams make data informed business decisions
- are able to work with BI tools and complex data models – experience with Qlik is a plus
- have an innovative mindset and enjoy challenging the status quo
- can independently prioritize tasks and have a systematic, structured, and process-oriented approach to your work
- have both empathy and power that enable you to impact the business and create strong relationships across the organization.
- are fluent in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish and are comfortable communicating in English
