Finance Business Process Manager with focus on standardisation and implementation – FLSmidth

Brief description
In this role you will act as key stakeholder in system deployment projects (IT systems roll-outs) on behalf of Group Finance. You will be a part of a team of 7 employees and one Manager. Together with 2 of your colleagues you will be responsible for govern that our Finance systems supports the financial requirements from Group Finance.
During system roll-outs you will:
•Facilitate gap analysis to identify any local process deviations
•Train key users on group processes, financial policies and how the systems support the relevant processes
•Ensure that deployed systems are compliant with IFRS and FLSmidth procedures through approval of all changes to our standard systems
•Sparring partner to key stakeholders within finance related matters
•Guide and assist users throughout finance conversion process
•Develop relevant process documentation and training materials
You will report directly to Head of Internal processes & Compliance in Group Finance. You will be based in Valby where you will join a team of 7 dedicated colleagues. The job will include approximately 50 travel days per year and an immense surface of contacts as you will continuously interact with e.g. CFOs and finance departments in various group companies on a global scale.

Job Requirements
Your Background:
You have at least 2-4 years of experience from an international auditing firm and preferable 1-2 years of experience within controlling or accounting from an international company. You should have worked with ERP systems and have a general flair for IT and an interest in financial system set-ups and process optimization. Any experience with EPICOR or Oracle ERPs is considered as advantage. You probably have a Master’s degree in Business Economics and Auditing (cand.merc.aud) or any other relevant finance education (cand.merc. ASC/AEF/FSM/FIR).
You are a team player, meaning that you adapt to the team, build team spirit, consults others and always seek to improve the current situation. You communicate proactively, and challenge your peers to improve daily.
You are open-minded and driven by presenting and communicating information in a logic way to people with different level of finance competences.
You have an extrovert personality and strong communication skills.
You have a keen understanding of financial processes and appreciate the need for a strong internal control environment based on Group standards to ensure timely and correct reporting.
You adhere to high standards for quality and quantity, and are driven by the team achieving results.
