Senior Business Controller

About the position:
We are looking for a dedicated, driven, highly motivated, well-structured and diligent Controller to join our Manpower Services Hub in Vejle, Denmark.
In this role you will work in a young and dynamic team and closely with your experienced technical counterparts across varies Siemens Gamesa Offshore Departments and be a partner to them in order to provide high quality reports as well as increased forecast accuracy for their cost centers.
About the role
As a senior business controller you will be the business partner to our technical department heads and team leads for your specific area of responsibility by conducting Cost Center controlling and Management reporting, preparing financial budgets and forecasts and performing ad hoc analyses, reporting and controlling tasks.
You may be the global controller for your area of responsibilities and conduct Performance Review Meetings together with your technical counterpart and management. An important part of the role will be investigating and understanding deviations and abnormalities between financial submissions (Budget, Forecast, Actuals) and ensuring detailed commenting.
You are conducting timely and correct invoicing / cost transfer for services and deliverables provided by the department and will be the main contact person for all commercial topics related to your area of responsibility.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for various systems, its maintenance and continuous improvements, such as resource planning and time registration, which will also make you the key interface to our on-site personal. Therefore, it is a plus to have a natural interest in IT tools and processes and / or advanced experience with SAP as well as good communication skills.

- You are establishing other financial reporting and data consolidation and analysis
- You may substitute for the team manager
- You support in digitalizing the world of Controlling
About you
To be successful in this role you preferably:
- hold a university degree in the area of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar
- have a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or controlling areas, previous experience from accounting, reporting and controlling tasks in complex environment will be an advantage
- are result-/solution-oriented, well-structured, diligent and a dedicated team player with strong analytical skills
- have experience in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA); advanced Excel user and programming will be a plus
- have excellent English skills, both orally and in writing, German will be a plus
- have good interpersonal skills and are capable of working with people from different cultures and organizational levels
