District Tonkin currently has 3 stores in Inner Copenhagen and 40 fantastic employees.
We are built around a set of values where "in time" is the focal point. We strives to be proper in everything we do, both in relation to our employees, our guests and our products.
Now we are looking for a Manager to take the charge of one of our stores as soon as possible. However, we are happy to wait for the right one.
As a Manager, you get the responsibility from A - Z for the store, and you take pride in giving both staff and guests a GREAT experience.
Among other things, you are responsible for the daily operation, product quality, store maintenance and hygiene, salary percentages, item percentages, recruitment, training and you put the tone of the team by being an active part of the operation.
You will have a few administrative tasks, but + 90% of your working time will take place iN operations and among your employees and guests. That is why we are looking for someone who thrives by being practical, and not one with ambitions of having to sit in an office.
Management experience from the service industry is a requirement.
