In recent years game-based social venues have been on the rise across the globe. They are the perfect meeting place for all social happenings: work, a date, or just friends on a night out.
We take mini-golf seriously, and brought the experience indoors to make it an all year round activity. At Camping, we combine fun and games with a vibrant bar and club culture. Our courses havegood playability but are still fun even for those who play mini-golf for the first time.
Our calendar is full of events creating a vibrant energy where people of all ages get together to have a good time, our staff enjoy working, and most importantly, no mosquitoes!

The Camping Unit Manager has the overall responsibility for executing the strategic annual plan and directing the daily operations of the relating to mini golf, merchandise, food and beverage sales.

The Camping Unit Manager has the overall responsibility for executing the strategic annual plan and directing the daily operations of the relating to mini golf, merchandise, food and beverage sales.
Operational areas of responsibility
- Mini golf sales
- Food and beverage ordering, preparation, and sale
- Guest experience, and relations and complaint handling
- Mood setting (atmosphere, music, lighting, outside areas)
- Restaurant maintenance and repair
- Hygiene and cleaning
- Team management
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and retention of team members,
- ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer.
Administratative areas of responsibilty
- Cash reports
- Inventory management
- Scheduling, and salary cost control
- Invoice approval
- Accountability of P&L
- Meetings with local management team, and leadership team
- Driving the marketing plan
- Egen kontrol + APV
Our perfect Campist has
- Minimum 2 years experience in a management role within high volume, food and beverage sales
- A love of sports and or has a competitive nature
- Experience in running events
- An extensive local network
- Strong leadership ability
- Excellent communication at all levels
- Food handling certification
- Good financial accumen
- The experience to operate at a high level with the support of a leadership team
- The ability to manage multiple operational and managerial tasks simultaneously

- Full time position starting in April
