As Accountant at Global Risk Management, you will be part of the Back Office-/Accountant team and work closely with the Finance- and Middle Office team. You are experienced in the field of accounting and thrive with all assignments and tasks related to the area. You like structure and are comfortable with predictable assignments.
You will be a part of the Back Office team with four colleagues and report directly to the Head of Middle Office and Back Office. In the department, colleagues help each other, and contribute where needed. There is an extensive focus on where to optimise processes and how to ease the flow in finance and hopefully your experience and interest in this area will contribute with new perspectives.
Your main tasks are:
Accounting:
Administration and process optimisation:
You have well-developed skills within accounting and preferable process optimisation of daily tasks, hopefully within robotics. You have a natural interest in working with digitisation and focus on optimising and improving tasks and processes. You have a proven toolbox that includes financial tools combined with a good business understanding, a reliable personality and natural authority.
You have a relevant financial education or practical experience from an accounting department. You are a proficient user of IT and ERP systems and knowledge of Navision 365 is an advantage. You are fluent in English both written and verbal language and Danish is an advantage.
As a person, you are a great team player who finds it appealing to work cross functional while at the same time having the ability to work independently and take great responsibility for your tasks. You are a strong professional and have a proactive mindset.
Global Risk Management offers opportunities to be the go-to person in streamlining accounting processes and/or if you are any further motivated there are great opportunities to pursue further responsibility within the finance area.

Accounting:
- Accounting in generel, including handling and posting of payments and purchases of goods and accounts
- Payable and accounting
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
- Ensure that all balance sheet accounts are controlled in a systematic way
- Invoicing
- Settlement of accounts
- Administration of documents in relation to trade flows
Administration and process optimisation:
- Process optimisation e.g., payment flow
- Contribute to increasing the efficiency of the processes within bookkeeping and accounting
- Participate actively in digitisation
- Standardisation of workflows and internal processes
