You will join our Controlling & Strategic Finance function of energetic and ambitious people, who takes pride in making people thrive and develop.
Your main responsibility will be to execute our existing Finance business Partner concept across our EMEA Sales organization. This position offers you an opportunity for broad network and to showcase your ability to drive Finance Business Partnering, identifying areas of improvement, and developing solutions to improve effectiveness within Milestone.

Your main responsibility will be to proactively challenge the status quo by controlling our EMEA Vice President business areas, developing, and standardizing processes to drive the business forward in cooperation with your business stakeholders and the Finance Business Partner team.

Reporting to the Manager of EMEA Finance, your primary responsibility is to be a Business Controller for our EMEA Sales organization. You will work closely with your business stakeholders and colleagues within Group Finance, ensuring focus on execution, optimization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Main areas of responsibilities are the following:
  • Driving Revenue forecast/budget processes.
  • Driving cost forecast/budget processes.
  • Forecast meetings with business owners.
  • Support Management Reporting
  • Cost Controlling
  • Management analysis to drive performance management, business optimization etc.
  • Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Development and improvement of controlling processes.
  • Participate and drive finance projects across Group Finance.

    The profile
    The profile
    The right candidate is a passionate and ambitious team player with a strong toolbox in business controlling and financial analysis as well as some experience with business partnering.
    We are looking for the following qualifications and experience:
  • Ideally, you have master’s degree and can come from many different backgrounds e.g., business, finance or other relevant fields.
  • 1-5 years of working experience – preferably in Finance or Accounting areas focusing on business controlling, analytics, and project management.
  • Preferably, you are familiar with PowerBI or otherwise you have strong experience with another BI-system.
  • You have a strong data- and analytic mindset and ability to go in depth with complex problems and present solutions.
  • Fluency in English (orally and in writing). We are more than 40 different nationalities in the Danish office and English is the corporate language.
  • Socially strong – is outgoing with the ability to connect and create trust as you will work with many different stakeholders throughout business.
