We cover all phases of on- and offshore wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from greenfield development to construction, operation, divestment of assets, and Power-to-X. Our company of 470+ employees has since 2004 installed more than 2 GW of renewable energy and has a pipeline of 40+ GW. We operate globally and employ 30 different nationalities. Our goal is to be the most creative enabler in the green transition.
As our new Accountant, you will be responsible for accounting of the Swedish companies in the European Energy group. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including coordinating tasks and topics with Accountants and Financial Controllers in HQ and providing business support to other departments in European Energy. Moreover, you will have contact with external stakeholders such as the Swedish authorities and local tax advisors.
As a person, you are thorough and structured. You have a background in accounting and solid experience within accounting in Sweden. You have good interpersonal and communication skills and find yourself working well with internal stakeholders across departments and at all levels as well as external stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Accounting of Swedish companies in the European Energy group
- Daily bookkeeping and bank payments
- Financial reconciliation of accounts
- Period end tasks
- VAT, tax, and other local filings in collaboration with external advisors
- Collaboration with external auditors
- Optimization of tasks and processes
Profile
- You have several years of experience within accounting and finance from a similar position
- You hold a degree in Accounting or Finance
- You have profound skills in accounting, Swedish VAT, and compliance
- You have good analytical skills and puts an effort in delivering timely and accurately in high quality
- You have a thorough and structured approach to your work
- You have full professional proficiency in Swedish and English
- You are experienced with Excel and interested in working with Navision Dynamics, and Invoice workflow
