About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team of 50+ dedicated and passionate Procurement and Contract Management experts. As a team, we are working on handling the Contract Lifecycle process from start to finish, ensuring delivers top-tier engineering solutions to our customer as promised.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be:
- Defining critical business metrics, analysing business processes related to procurement and contract management, and identifying key data collection points
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement key data extraction points and setup up automated data extraction
- Monitoring and reporting on procurement and contract management performance metrics
- Participating in the identification of areas for improvement and developing strategies to optimise procurement and contract management processes, minimising business risks
- Ensuring and supporting efficient communication of procurement data with relevant stakeholders
- Driving or supporting the implementation of AI tools in procurement processes, such as enhancement of supplier selection and AI agents in contract management

- A degree in Business Administration, Advanced Analytics, Supply Chain Management or a related area
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a business analyst working with procurement and contract management related business analytics
- Experience with new technology implementation and integration including integrating Microsoft AI tools into your daily workflow, is an advantage
- Experienced in defining and developing how organisations and departments work with data
- Demonstrated ability to turn data insights into value generating activities and decisions
- You speak and write Danish and English
