As the Team Lead for the Back Office, you will be leading a team of talented professionals. Your team will consist of individuals from various backgrounds, bringing together a diverse range of skills and experiences. Together, you will work towards optimizing workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing exceptional support across departments.

Key responsibilities
As the Team Lead for the Back Office, you will be leading a team of talented professionals. Your team will consist of individuals from various backgrounds, bringing together a diverse range of skills and experiences. Together, you will work towards optimizing workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and providing exceptional support across departments.
As the Team Lead, you will have specific areas of responsibility, including:
- Optimizing Workflow and Processes: Streamline and optimize backend functions across departments such as SOT (Sales Operations Team) and Internal Sales. Identify areas for improvement and implement efficient processes.
- Developing Staff Competences: Foster the growth and development of your team members. Provide training and coaching to enhance their skills and competences in systems and processes.
- Playing Coach (Operational): Lead by example and actively participate in the day-to-day operational tasks. Support your team members and ensure operational excellence.

- Experience in sales support and technical sales.
- Operational understanding and knowledge of working with key accounts and their demands
- Proven experience in leading a team, demonstrating effective leadership and management skills.
- A pragmatic can-do attitude, with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
- Lifestyle and/or sport industry experience
- In-depth knowledge of Navision and proficiency in the Office suite (Excel).
- Fluent in both Danish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
