• Win and deliver profitable businesses by selling as many end-to-end products of Maersk and Twill by Maersk
• Proactively engage into new customer relationships, identify high potential customers and develop them further into regular accounts
• On board customers to our Digital products as the primary selling channel
• Together with Customer Service, ensuring awareness and high utilization of our whole array of E-Commerce tools to create the most efficient customer engagement
• Collaborate with our Marketing team to create and develop Digital selling methods/campaigns
• Internally manage the selling process to the customers within portfolio via our CRM systems (Salesforce.com), including sales pipeline, opportunity management, contract negotiations and filing, and account planning.
• Proactive contract management: renewal of rates, space allocations management, and maintaining side terms like free-time deals as well as credit agreements
• Inform customers on business relevant market developments and changes and proactively gain accurate market information from your customers for internal feedback to our Product team.
• Be the voice of customer for any challenges, actively engaging internal stakeholders (customer service, operations, finance, Management team) to resolve these issues and increase customer satisfaction.

• The ideal candidate is a team player, extrovert and possesses strong communication skills, both in face to face meetings, via telephone, digital medias and in written.
• He/she is a self-starter, able to take ownership, and is willing to go the extra mile for the team and the customers, as basis to build long term relationships and to win together.
• She/he should have sense of urgency while remaining accurate in stressful situations and proactively thinking about solutions, which can be via out of the box methods.
• She/he should have high affinity to online way of working, CRM systems, multi stakeholder processes in global scale, and international corporations.
• It is preferable that he/she has a good understanding of the Danish export/import market, shipping industry and logistics processes with an education background in Shipping, Logistics, Economics or Marketing.
• The individual should be fluent in Danish and English, both verbally and written, have good presentation and Microsoft Office skills (In particular well-versed in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), good understanding and ability to easily learn and work with live online systems (Salesforce a plus).
• Lastly, the individual should have more than 6 months of working experience in relevant industries.
