You will have a unique opportunity to work in a truly global business and play a significant role in making our mergers & acquisitions successful by integrating new colleagues, products and services into the Maersk sales systems, tools and processes.
You will be working closely with Sales Operations Managers across the globe and have indirect influence on our 2500 sales resources in Maersk.
In the role as M&A Sales integration Manager, you will have a direct impact on how we maintain and grow business through our recent new acquisitions.
You will be lead point of coordination for all M&A matters related to sales and work with a variety of stakeholders to help accelerate the benefits of the M&A. The main goal of this role is to contribute in sustaining and growing business in line with the Maersk global integrator strategy.

• Increase the value creation of mergers & acquisitions, with particular focus on strengthening our Logistics & Services presence through strong anchoring within sales processes and tools.
• Ensuring that colleagues joining Maersk from recent M&A are upskilled and trained in the use of sales tools, with specific focus on our CRM system salesforce.com.
• Act as consultant, facilitator, communicator, project manager, coach and bridge builder. Be the focal point for all questions and decisions about changes to sales processes and systems after the new M&A.
• Ensure that the entire sales community is engaged, trained and aligned on what new products and services can be offered once an M&A is finalised.
• Act as change agent, for organisational, business and process transformation.

The ideal candidate will hold a BSc/BA in business administration, sales, business analytics or similar. A Master’s Degree in a relevant field is a plus.
You have 5-10 years of experience from a multinational enterprise, preferably within the transportation and/or logistics industry.
Furthermore you:
• Have demonstrated experience in successfully implementing change in complex organizations.
• Are a self-starter and capable of working independently.
• Are comfortable motivating and involving people through existing and imperfect channels of authority. You have the ability to influence without authority and strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships at all organizational levels.
• Have the agility and ability to manage and thrive in ambiguous situations and in a matrix organization. Ability to lead a group in finding the resolution of abstract/complex business problems.
• Have a structured approach to work and ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Are forward-thinking, creative, and energetic, capable of getting stakeholder buy-in and alignment to standard processes and best practice.
