Account Executive - Nordic/Benelux market

Monsido has grown from 6 to 90+ employees globally over the last 3 years, and we continue to have very ambitious growth plans in 2020. Our HQ is located in Ballerup in Denmark where we have all of our development and most of our marketing, but now it’s time for us to also develop the European sales market. Besides Denmark, we have offices in San Diego, Sydney and London.

We have now hired our new Sales Director for the European market, who are establishing our new sales department where we want YOU on board! We have hired our first 4 employees, but we have only just begun!

This position is a digital sales role with a generous base plus commission. Monsido is looking for a closer and this is your opportunity to be a part of a company with unlimited growth potential. Are you great at relationship building and deal closing?

Together we will build this business

Our sales environment combines qualified leads with a stream of targeted outbound calls—leveraging our database of both existing and potential clients.

There is no perfect candidate, these are some points we prefer

  • Minimum 2 years of digital sales experience in SaaS or comparable.
  • A minimum combined total of 3 years general sales experience
  • Prior digital sales experience demonstrating a track record as a successful closer, achieving goals and quotas.
  • Competitive spirit, self-motivation, drive and a desire to be successful.
  • Professional business acumen with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in what you do.
  • Consultative, relationship-building approach to sales with the ability to convert objections into commitments.
  • Maintain, organize and set priorities throughout your business day.
  • Desire to learn and grow, possessing a strong work ethic.

You speak and write English, and speak either Swedish/Norwegian/Dutch on a native level.

Other qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Proficient use of Google Suite
  • Thrive on energy, passion and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal oriented and focused on attaining objectives.
