And in Global Distributor Sales (GDS), we equip our global partners with our world-class solutions and provide them with the marketing campaigns and product training necessary to distribute our products successfully to end users.
Maintain great partnerships with our European distributors
At our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will join the regional GDS team covering Europe, Russia and Japan. You will be responsible for a portfolio of 20-30 customers doing business as local hearing care retailers, within wholesale and through local tenders, in 6-10 different European countries.
Your goal will be to secure a strong market position for our brands and help your customers develop their business and sell our products. In the beginning, you will therefore spend your time getting to know your customers, their challenges and their opportunities.

Use your global GN network
Even though you work independently with your customers, you will enjoy close collaboration with your 50+ GDS colleagues working from Ballerup, Singapore, Sao Paulo, Dubai and Moscow. Furthermore, your team have support functions across sales, marketing, customer care, technical operations, homologation, product management, training and finance.
Hearing care experience, a commercial drive and international aspirations
Preferably, you have commercial experience within the hearing care industry. You might have some kind of business degree and regardless, you believe in value selling and building long-lasting relationships with partners. Moreover, you:

Acting as a trusted partner, you will:
- Develop business and strategy plans for your countries and customers
- Manage sales and price negotiations with each customer and provide them with the appropriate product portfolio and related marketing campaigns and material
- Be responsible for the yearly budget, make forecasts and report monthly sales expectations
- Conduct business meetings, training and presentations for your customers and their staff and stakeholders about new product launches, hearing care and campaigns – which will take you travelling 50-60 days a year
- Manage daily requests from your customers regarding new products, events, campaigns, operations etc.
- In time, network to nurture and onboard new customers

- Have the personality and experience to interact with business owners and senior leaders from different countries.
- Can create trust and long-lasting partnerships with your customers
- Like sale and numbers and have a strong sales track record
- Have 5+ years of commercial experience working with hearing aids or similar products like for example optical products.
- Enjoy travelling independently and communicating with customers in different cultural settings
- Have excellent presentation skills and thrive speaking in front of 2 as well as 200 people
- Are open-minded, positive and a true team player
- Are fluent in English in both speech and writing
