Based out of Ballerup, you will be working closely with a team consisting of colleagues within Audiology, Sales, Marketing and Customer Care, and you will play a substantial role in maintaining a close relationship with distributor partners and in strengthening their trust in our company and products. You will report directly to the Regional Director in the JER Region (Japan, Europe and Russia).
Audiology training sessions – sometimes on site across Europe
As our new, enthusiastic audiology and product trainer, you will work with our three GN Hearing brands and carry out external trainings for distributor partners. These can take place online, but when possible, you will travel to distributors to conduct training sessions on site, primarily in the European region.
In addition, you will continuously collect and select available information and materials and develop an appropriate portfolio of product training tools and materials.

Experienced audiology trainer with a positive and motivating mindset
Most importantly, you have an enthusiastic and captivating personality, so that you can engage your audience during training sessions. To create excitement and convey product knowledge to professionals, you will also require a deep understanding of the customer as well as excellent presentation and communication skills.
Lastly, you are well versed in international environments so that you can deal with a wide diversity of people and respect different values and cultural differences.

- Product training: you present our product portfolio, features, unique selling points, competitive aspects, etc.
- Sales training (audiologist to end user): train the partners to give end users the best possible customer experience and how to recommend the best audiological solution for hearing aid users with excellent counselling techniques
- Audiology training: this aspect of the training is mainly related to hearing instrument fitting, fitting process and end-user counselling, but also diagnostics and verification
- Management of and participation in projects around launches, webinars, technical service and set-up and much more
- Daily technical support and problem-solving for distributors regarding products, software, fitting and audiology issues

Lastly, you are well versed in international environments so that you can deal with a wide diversity of people and respect different values and cultural differences.
We also imagine that you:
- Have a BSc in audiology or a related acoustic field
- Have 3+ years’ experience with audiology product training – perhaps from an international environment
- Have 5+ years’ experience working in the audiology field, perhaps from a hearing aid retail chain
- Can travel 50-60 days a year, primarily in Europe
- Are fluent in English – both verbally and written
