We are looking for a Student Assistant to assist with projects and assignments related to product registrations and homologation.

You will be a part of Global Partner Sales (GPS) department, which works closely with many internal and externals stakeholders around the world. Your tasks will be a mix of administrative task and project work.

Your primary assignment is to support our GPS Homologation Team handling product and distributor registrations. As product registrations are very important part of our product launches, we wish to increase our focus on the quality of deliveries and therefore search for a student assistant to assist with the registrations.

Further, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our evidence of compliance (EOC) list platform which is updated create after each product registration in the various countries we work with. The EOC platform is a combination of 3 different internal databases that supports the GPS, in particular the Costumer Care team activities. Your role also includes assisting on various administrative task related to our daily operation together with the GPS Homologation responsible in GPS.

We expect that the job will require 15-20 hours a week. Timeslots based on mutual agreement. There may be periods with need for more support.

Below tasks will be part of your job:

  • Responsible for EOC platform list, updating and following up with the sales regions and respective partners on Homologation cases pending registration proof or on expired registration certificates delays in registration
  • Creation of product registration cases in SharePoint
  • Follow up on opened registration cases with the sales regions and respective partners
  • Search for regulatory and product documentation in internal databases
  • Upload of the relevant documents in relevant databases (SharePoint, SalesForce/R:// drive)
  • Administrative work with printing and preparation of document packages
  • Support investigations on Medical Device regulations in the different markets

Focus on communication and stakeholder management

As a person, you are very self-driven, persistent and detail oriented, which is important to complete deliveries of high quality and with corporation with the internal and external stakeholders.

Your qualifications are:

  • You have good analytical skills and work in a structured way
  • You understand the importance of keeping deadlines
  • You can work independently and as a part of a team
  • You communicate easily with people on different levels and in a diplomatic way
  • You have good understanding of cultural differences
  • You are fluent in English both in writing and orally. Other languages are a bonus.
  • You have good knowledge of basic tool as MS Outlook, Excel and MS Sharepoint
