GN Hearing’s Customer Care Team is on a journey. We want to be proactive in our approach, and we want to change the perception of what customer service is and should be.
What will be your contribution to our journey, transforming our ways of working from reactive to proactive, to build highly valued business relationships that last?
In our Customer Care Team for Denmark and Sweden, you will be part of a team of 7 Nordic colleagues. Every day you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding level of service to our professional business partners.
For this reason, we are looking for a colleague who enjoys collaborating with customers and colleagues alike.
How will you execute Inside Sales in an International Medical Device Company?
As our new Inside Sales & Customer Care Representative you bring experience in delivering outstanding service.
By gathering adequate information, you make considered decisions that benefit GN Hearing and our partner relationships.
You continuously look for clever solutions that support everyday task providing leaner processes resulting in better service.
You have a sales or service-oriented background, and you may even have a good understanding of technical products and possibly some knowledge within the field of audiology, however, this is not a prerequisite.

For the role, it is required that you:
- have native/bilingual proficiency in Swedish
- have professional working proficiency in English
- have basic proficiency in Danish
- are comfortable with a desk-oriented and computer-based work
On top, we imagine that you:
- are comfortable in Microsoft Office and possibly Salesforce and Navision
- have a winning personality that affects the people around you and are a strong contender when building bridges between stakeholders and partners
- thrive creating structure in an ever-changing environment and focus on possibilities rather than barriers
- proactively follow up on tasks, service levels, feedback, and queries
- excel in building relationships through media, exhibitions, and sales calls promoting and performing sales activities
