To support our ambitious growth strategy, Ambu has recently embarked on a commercial digital transformation journey with the goal of creating superior customer experiences and efficient commercial processes. As the first step we have implemented Salesforce (Sales Cloud) as a global CRM platform and as the foundation for the journey ahead.

You will work out of our headquarter in Ballerup where you will report to the Director, Commercial Digital Transformation. You will join an international team with highly dedicated and skilled colleagues, where you will have the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a dynamic workplace. The team drives Commercial Digital

Transformation through development and maintenance of key corporate commercial applications and collaborate with multiple business stakeholders from all areas in the organization.

Areas of responsibility
You will lead the Salesforce DevOps process and act as scrum master, ensuring that sprints are planned and executed on with high through-put and quality in mind.

In addition, you will act as solution architect on larger and more complex Salesforce development tasks (e.g., when requiring integration), ensuring the consistency and sustainability of the Salesforce platform and related commercial applications such as Marketing Automation and MDM. As such, you will work closely together with solution architects from other domains and play a key role in the design of the future commercial digital landscape.

We are still relatively early in our Salesforce journey and expect to expand the use of the platform over the coming years. You will therefore be able to make a huge impact on both running the current Sales Cloud environment and on our future use of Salesforce as an enterprise platform.

Additional responsibilities will be to:

  • Coordinate development tasks/projects with internal and external partners
  • Proactively understand relevance and applicability of new or changed features in Salesforce product releases
  • Define and manage technical standards for any new project or new technology involved in the transformation journey

Experience with technical solutions
We expect that you have a strong technical background and have more than 3 years of experience with CRM application development and solution architecture (preferably Salesforce). In addition, it would be great (but not a requirement) if you have technical experience with other commercial digital components such as Marketing Automation, MDM, analytics platforms etc.

To succeed in this job, you must have a structured and analytical approach but with a creative and innovative flavour. it is important that you can drive operational efficiency while at the same time see the big picture and translate business requirements into solution and enterprise architecture.
You should be customer-minded and have excellent communications skills. You are curious and not afraid to ask questions and suggest solutions.

Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration. Therefore, it is important that you communicate on a high level in written and verbal English.
