As the first step we have recently implemented Salesforce as our new global CRM platform and as the foundation for the journey ahead.
You will work out of our headquarter in Ballerup where you will report to the Director, Commercial Digital Transformation. You will join an international team with highly dedicated and skilled colleagues, where you will have the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a dynamic workplace. The team drives Commercial Digital Transformation through development and maintenance of key corporate commercial applications and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from all areas in the organization.
Areas of responsibility
You will be responsible for the design and declarative configuration of solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud), supporting the Commercial Digital Transformation strategy and roadmap.
In addition, you will provide technical support to regional super users and ensure the stability and performance of the platform by fixing defects and making necessary adjustments.
We are still relatively early in our Salesforce journey and expect to expand the use of the platform over the coming years. You will therefore be able to make a huge impact on both running the current Sales Cloud environment and on our future use of Salesforce as an enterprise platform.
Experience with technical solutions
We expect that you have a technical background with at least two years of certified Salesforce development experience, preferable with Sales Cloud.
You should be customer-minded and have good communications skills. You should be curious and not be afraid to ask questions and suggest solutions. You are a strong team player and can balance and align varying interests of stakeholders.
Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration. Therefore, it is important that you communicate on a high level in written and verbal English.
