Your role and responsibilities


Are you on your master's studies on a commercially oriented education, and are you looking for a study-relevant job that can provide you with valuable learning, then you do not need to look any further. You will join our skilled and dedicated sales team that is working with all kind of sales activities related to automation technology for pharma production. In this way, you will gain valuable knowledge related to the hottest sector in Danish business life at the moment. Your job is to support the sales team within a wide range of tasks from preparation of workshops and slide decks to LinkedIn updates. If you bring a good spoonful of curiosity added with a solid dash of willingness to try out things on your own and top it with the courage to ask, this job will give you far more than a pay check. Besides your learning opportunities, you can look forward to becoming part of a good social environment with e.g. other student assistants. We have our very own Ministry of Wellbeing, which continuously plans social activities. Your new workplace is our Danish headquarters in Ballerup. By the way, the office is not that far away. With a 20-minute train ride from Copenhagen Central Station, you can be at Malmparken station, which is within walking distance of the office – however, transportation to the office will be compensated. Your responsibilities: • Prepare meetings and workshops (all the practical stuff) • Prepare slide decks for various sales activities – brief + standard deck(s) + your brain cells = draft for a new and more tailored slide deck • Update data and info in our sales system • Go through customers’ annual reports and related to find relevant trends and info • Draw up drafts for LinkedIn updates and stories

Qualifications for the role


  • A completed bachelor degree and ongoing studies on your commercially oriented master's degree
  • Ready to work 10-15 hours a week – of course with respect for periods with assignments and exams
  • The ability to listen and take in new info as well as feedback related to specific tasks
  • The courage to ask and look for relevant information, when you need it
  • The ability to plan ahead and handle deadlines – you are part of a project organisation
  • Good English skills – Danish skills will benefit you but is not a prerequisite for applying
