Nilfisk is on a strategic journey from being a product-oriented manufacturing company to a customer-driven sales and service organisation. As our new Global Sales Support Specialist, your primary tasks are to service our global internal and external customer base and assist our sales team with all matters related to the daily execution of their jobs.

Play an essential role supporting biggest customers

The Global Sales Support Specialist's primary goal is to support sales development and improve customer experience by creating more efficient workflows from new customer acquisition through to post-sale support. You will support the Global Strategic Account’s Team, who is responsible for managing our biggest global clients, with strategic planning, lead generation and qualification, and day-to-day sales administration. The position is located in HQ, Broendby, and you will report to the SVP Global Strategic Accounts.

Furthermore, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordination of global customer requirements (working with customer care, shipping/logistics and sales)
  • Follow-up on all marketing-generated leads
  • Generate global customer quotes
  • Support Sales Management Processes
  • Execute inside sales campaigns
  • Participate in sales meetings with customers

Collaborative Sales Specialist with a high drive

We imagine that as the ideal candidate, you have a couple of years of sales experience from a B2B business. You are passionate about creating an extraordinary experience for our customers, and you can interact with all functional areas and organizational levels. Furthermore, you are solution focused and you have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, as you will work with international stakeholders Additionally, you are a team player and if you have experience with SAP, this would be an advantage.
