Position Overview
As the Sales Manager in our division, Transitional Energies, you will join a dedicated and highly skilled Corporate Sales Team. As the Sales Manager dedicated to Consulting Services you will be crucial to our ambitious growth strategy, reporting directly to the Director of Consulting Services. Your contributions will significantly impact the global energy sector.
This full-time position is based either at our Esbjerg seafront location or our Ballerup office, depending on your preference. You should anticipate 20-40 travel days annually.

- Enhancing our market position within consulting services, primarily in Denmark.
- Developing and maintaining strong, close relationships with clients.
- Preparing and executing sales plans.
- Participating in our strategic growth strategy and sales management plan.
- Reviewing tender materials and preparing tender offers.
- Contributing to budget and strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Profile
We are looking for a motivated, solution-oriented sales professional who excels in building personal and professional relationships and thrives in a dynamic environment. Your proactive approach will help achieve sales targets and foster a positive team atmosphere.
Ideal qualifications include:
- Experience in sales within the consultancy value chain.
- A strong sales background, preferably in the technical consulting industry.
- Experience with sales within green fuels, such as hydrogen, ammonia, SAF, etc., would be an advantage- A strong focus on commercial activities and customer needs.
- Being seen by customers as a valuable, inspiring, and trustworthy partner.
- The ability to quickly capture market trends and customer needs and easily transform ideas into action.
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, with an ability to build trust-based relationships.
