Your position
In your position as Associated Sales Manager in the Consulting Services team you will be a valuable member of a dedicated team whose mission is to support our clients to achieve success in their energy projects within energy infrastructure, oil & gas, offshore wind, and Power-to-X.
Your place of work will be either at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg or at our location in Copenhagen.

The set-up
You will join the Consulting Services within the Transitional Energies Division. We do supply a wide range of technical services by offering Engineers as Consultants whose mission is to support our clients to achieve success in their energy projects within energy infrastructure, oil & gas, offshore wind, and Power-to-X. Our customer is and can be national as well as international.
Your tasks & responsibilities
As Associated Sales Manager your tasks and responsibilities will be:
Cold Calling: Proactively contacting potential clients via phone and email.
Client Follow-up: Ensuring effective follow-up to build lasting customer relationships together with internal stakeholder.
Client Meetings: Planning and conducting personal meetings with potential clients to present our solutions and close sales.
Performance Reporting: Monitoring and reporting sales results to the department management.
Sales Strategy: Implementing effective sales strategies together with the department management.
Your profile & qualifications

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Is energetic and persistent, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Has experience with proactive sales, especially via phone and in-person meetings. Candidates with experience within the temp agency industry will be preferred.
- Is self-driven and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Can handle adversity and continue with a positive attitude.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and is fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
- Excellent verbal and written Danish and English communication skills at a professional level.
