On behalf of our customer Henkel, Randstad is looking for a Key Account Manager for the Adhesive Electronics & Industrial unit. As the Key Account Manager, you will have the responsibility of the Danish and Nordic customer base.
Henkel Adhesive Technologies is the global leader in the adhesives market – across all industry segments world-wide. The unit has the biggest growth potential in Henkel and as a Key Account Manager, you will work with international customers within the electronics industry selling products such as structural bonding, machinery adhesives, electronics assembly and new technologies.
- Maintain, elevate and strengthen Henkel’s key relationships at the account and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and acquire in-depth knowledge of Henkel’s products and their application in customer processes.
- Translate customer’s strategy and priorities to ensure that Henkel is maximizing its business potential within the account and is delivering unique customer value.
The Adhesive Electronics & Industrial unit is a relatively new business unit with great potential, and therefore there will be opportunities for further development and responsibility within the unit. You will be a part of both a global and regional team of Key Account Managers, whom you will cooperate and spar with to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
As a person, you should:
- Be trustworthy, have a true insight in your customers’ needs and be able to create a relationship quickly with the customers based on trust.
- Have good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Be interested in the field and have an understanding for the unit’s products.
- Be good at working independently, but also like to cooperate with your international peers.
- Have the mindset of a hunter and be passionate and driven about your work.
- As a minimum a bachelor’s degree, preferably within Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or some related field.
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.
- Industry knowledge (wind, mechanical, electronics, specialist vehicles and if possible medical).
- Experience with Solution Selling or similar.
- Strong skills in the Danish and English language and if possible Finnish.
You will be home office based and will spend approximately 2-3 days a week in the field visiting customers. Furthermore, you will experience approximately one travel day bi-monthly, mainly in the Nordic countries but occasionally in Germany.
