Georg Jensen is currently looking for a Sales Manager for our Export markets with global experience in Partner search and development to join us on our journey to increase sales in our growth markets and expand into new markets.

We are hiring a Sales Manager to develop superior partnerships and key account collaboration in our Export markets.
You will be part of a small, dedicated team in a dynamic environment in a global company. The Export Sales department is placed at the headquarters in Frederiksberg. It comprises wholesale for all our product groups. You will report to the Sales Director Europe & Export.

Your assignments will cover a variety of tasks, such as go-to-market strategies, identifying new partners, contract negotiations, selections on assortment, developing and implementing tactical and operational brand activation plans, Franchise store roll-out, participation in international exhibitions etc.
As International Sales Manager, you will take part in and be responsible for developing our existing business and successfully implementing our business model with key partners. Developing our key accounts is key to our growth strategy. You must identify opportunities enabling Georg Jensen to further open and penetrate markets through a targeted go-to-market approach.

Your responsibilities/assignments:
  • Key account management
  • Development of existing Franchise, Wholesale partners and markets
  • Adaption and execution of go-to markets plans and strategies
  • Bring in new business through Screening, search, selection and motivation of various distribution channels covering agents, distributors and Franchise
  • Securing Brand adherence and marketing actions
  • Participation in fairs and industry events
  • Facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of global experience and be experienced in key account management in premium/luxury wholesale and Franchise. The candidate will have a broad business understanding and is able to communicate efficiently to all stakeholders, both internal and external. If you have experience in working with department stores internationally and in rolling out retail/Franchise points of sale with partners, it will also be considered an advantage.   • Experienced from a similar position working with international sales
  • Profound business understanding with a true commercial mindset
  • Passionate about building international sales platforms
  • Passion for Design
  • Cultural understanding and experience in working together with different cultures
  • Hands-on mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent negotiations skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and result oriented
  • Team player, extrovert personality and proactive with a high drive
  • Business proficiency in English, strong communication skills in both written and oral.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
