DEDIKATION is seeking for a Sales Development Representative on behalf of our customer, Emply. We are looking for a result oriented salesperson, with good skills in creating leads and being a value for Emply´s Account Executives. Do you want to help sell HR SaaS solutions for the european market, do you want to work for scale up company, and are you driven by making a difference in a succesfull team? THE ROLE
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for the first contact with customers across europe, primarily using phone calls and mails. Candidates will take the first steps to forming a relation with Emply´s customers, examine their pains and needs.
We are looking for competitive, energetic and most of all motivated people who want to jump start their sales career by building the fondation of what it takes to be an ideal sales employee.
Ideal candidates should have a solid work ethic, enthusiasm to be a part of Emply, and the motivation to find the passion of the product and not only meet but exceed sales targets. Working closely in teams with their Account Executives and Manager will give you the opportunity to develop and continue to develop your career in sales. You will learn from the best, by working alongside the ideal employees in the sales team along with the Sales Manager. Self-motivated candidates looking to build a solid foundation in tech sales are an ideal fit for this position.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prospect and identify clients to contact via cold calling and email outreach
  • Research both Sales Qualified Leads and Marketing Qualified Leads and identify stakeholders in order to generate interest for Emply
  • Manage expectations and overcome objections
  • Maintain an organized SDR pipeline and activity records using CRM – Pipedrive
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities, demo bookings into won deals from your meetings
  • Build up an initial prospect-base and pipelone through a B2B Direct-Sales-Model.
  • Challenge prospects needs into demos with relevant stakeholders, by constantly motivate the value proposition in the market for the mindset of “One-solution within HR”.
  • Challenge the constant improvement of your efforts and work to increase the quality and efficiency in our sales processes.
  • Handover the prospect the Account Executive.
  • Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full closing role and become an Account Executive over time


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE
  • You have been able to prove yourself in sales in the last 1-3 years (maybe more)
  • A professional interest in building a career within software solution sales
  • Your entrepreneurial thinking makes you a competent relation to prospects, who does not “sell” anything but develops and create true added value conversations into demos.
  • Self disciplined, organized, ambitious and able to consistently achieve weekly and monthly goals
  • Go-getter attitude that displays initiative and persistence, all with an innovative mindset
  • Positive and creative attitude with professional communication skills
  • Resilience, perseverance and with the ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to work in a collaborative sales-team and invironment
  • You are communicating by phone and mails and able to adapt different conversations to relevant stakeholders.
  • You are proactive, able to work independently, good at prioritizing your tasks and you are a strong team player for growing the team spirit even more.
  • You show a good understanding of the local culture and the business environment in the European Market.
  • Experiences within software solution sales is an advantage
