Hoyer is looking for a skilled Product and Application Specialist for our Technical Sales team at our head office in Hadsten. You will become part of an international team which also includes a technical department in China.
Technical support to Sales departments in Europe and Asia
As part of the Technical Sales department in Europe, you will be working closely with our Internal and External Sales departments providing day-to-day support in a fast-paced environment. You will be the anchor point between the Technical and Sales departments relaying and interpreting information in both directions. Your main assignments are:
- Being a trusted technical advisor for the Sales teams regarding technical inquiries.
- Being the daily gatekeeper between Sales and Technical/SCM to relay technical information effectively and accurately.
- Managing multiple technical enquiries and preparing solution proposals at short notice.
- Verifying, that products meet customer technical specifications in cooperation with Sales.
You will become part of a dynamic team consisting of seven employees in Hadsten, Denmark and seven employees in Ningbo, China.
Technical experience and interest in sales
You have preferably technical knowledge,insight and interest in the application and performance of electric motors, preferably with a Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical engineering. You should have a natural interest in sales and in supporting/advising our customers. You take responsibility and respect deadlines. Furthermore you are characterized by the following:
- Structured and detail oriented.
- Highly motivated and self-driven.
- Strong communicator – especially in technical English.
