Help our global business development directors free up their time
Joining our Global Sales team, you will be assisting our global business development directorsby helping them free up their time to pursue new business. You support their customers and take over on administrative tasks, devoting your time and focus to catering to customer needs. You are assigned to specific customers as first point of escalation in our customer support. More specifically, your key tasks include:

- Handling spot quotes
- Taking customer calls and making customer reports
- Updating rate cards and handling mini RFQ’s
- Handling QBR’s
- Making presentations
- Handling ad hoc customer requests
- Being 1st point of escalation and handling daily troubleshooting
