MINI A TURE is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team at the headquarters in Hellerup. You will work closely together with the CCO as well as other internal teams within the organization.

MINI A TURE is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team at the headquarters in Hellerup. You will work closely together with the CCO as well as other internal teams within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Driving the development of company sales portals (agent portal and B2B Webshop) incl. texts, prices etc. including general portal maintenance.
- Wholesale back-office support like info and order flow and movements after closure of collection sales.
- Preparing and follow up on collections, styles and delivery information to agents and customers.
- Writing sales texts and other product information.
- Producing and sending out BTB news mails.
- Developing sales statistics and monitoring KPIs on a continuous basis across BTB sales channels.
- Claims management and other ad hoc tasks related to wholesale sales support.
- Office and sample management (to and from agents and customers)
- Ad hoc tasks in the office such as show room and collection maintenance.
Qualifications
- Experience from a similar position is necessary.
- Naturally service-, support-, and detail oriented.
- Fluent in both English and Danish.
- Commercial mind set.
- Ability to organize multiple projects at a time and work independently.
- Providing work at an efficient level without compromising quality.
- Superuser in Microsoft office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Navision or TRIMIT is an advantage.
