Why this role?
Reporting to the Sales Director, New Equipment Business, as a Sr. Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving the opportunities on some of the largest projects in KONE Denmark. You will be the lead orchestrator and set the direction for the broader KONE team when handling large New Equipment projects and will be the key customer contact throughout the negotiations. You will be working with world class products and solutions and will be supported by highly skilled engineers, installation teams, project managers and technicians working in the field.
You will be responsible for major projects, tendering and negotiations with key accounts and will be overall responsible for driving your pipeline forward as well as seek new leads and opportunities. Together with the New Equipment Director, you will be designing and executing the strategy for reaching new customer stakeholders and developing existing contacts within especially stakeholders that influence how the buildings of the future should be designed.

What will you be doing?
- Lead orchestrator of sales process on the largest New Equipment projects in KONE Denmark
- Customer relationship creation, development and stakeholder mapping
- Developing and executing sales plan for key customer audiences
- Building up an early engagement pipeline, following up, maturing and closing deals
Are you the one?
- Previous experience in senior sales positions within construction industry is preferred
- Ability to translate technical product specifications and solutions into customer value
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial flair within the Solution selling framework
- Can easily build relationships with new and existing clients
- Experience in creating customer presentations and delivering to a large audience
- Open learning mindset
- Confident, eager and motivated by innovation and solving customer challenges
