Georg Jensen A/S is looking for an excellent communicator and influencer enthusiast to coordinate PR & Communications activities for the company. The role is based in the beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. You will report to the Global PR & Communications Manager and become a part of the Marketing department, employing over 20 dedicated and highly qualified colleagues.

The role
The position will play a key role in the execution of PR and Influencer plans, primarily focused on proactive engagement and relationship building with the media, bloggers and social media influencers. You will take over our influencer marketing program and build on our existing influencer network to create a world-class influencer program. You will also play a strong part in our press outreach, networking with key journalists, editors and writers in our industry, leading to positive awareness and coverage.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Your Profile
The ideal candidate has 2-5 years’ experience within consumer PR in the Fashion, Jewellery and/or Luxury industry with an established network of press contacts. Relevant degree in Journalism, Media Science, Communications, or similar field is preferred.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Proactively outreach to key fashion and lifestyle editors in long/short lead and online media outlets to secure coverage, feature stories, and product placement
- Management of influencer program and campaign efforts, e.g. identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating rates for content, handling product loans, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place
- Coordinate product loans as well as follow-up and return of products to media, influencers and other stakeholders within all product categories
- Assemble press material incl. liaising with translation agency and copy writers
- Coordination and planning of local and global PR events
- Evaluating and reporting to HQ on influencer campaigns, product launches and events
- Handling daily inquiries from media incl. prices, images, loans etc.
- Maintain and update our image bank and contact database on an ongoing basis
- Assemble monthly press clippings report
Your Profile

- Ability to work efficiently in MS Office
- Luxury market awareness and understanding
- Well acquainted with the social media landscape
- Professional and proactive mindset with a hands-on attitude
- Detail oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Flexible in terms of assignments and workloads
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and a hands-on type of person, who strives for constant improvement
- Passionate about adding value to the business
- A creative mind with the ability to think innovatively and solution-oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results on time in collaboration with the team
