RISMA Systems A/S is a fast-growing SaaS company with international ambitions. We deliver state of the art compliance tools to national and international companies and authorities, and right now we are looking for a part time Sales Coordinator for the Danish market, working around 20-25 hours a week on average, helping us growing even more since we came on the Nasdaq stock exchange in March 2021.

How we help clients:

In the autumn of 2017 we launched RISMAgrc, a software suite consisting of various Governance, Risk & Compliance modules. RISMA is first with launching a GRC platform and we now help 400+ private entities, public authorities, and other organizations to comply with the growing requirements og data protection, information security, sustainability reporting, risk management, and much more. of the EU General Data Protection Regulation all over Europe.

Responsibilities:

The position is a position with a strong focus on helping and assisting our sales force in Denmark. The ideal candidate masters the following areas of skills:

  • Create dynamic processes in, and benefit from, our CRM system
  • Support the organization in the use of the CRM system
  • Prepare various sales reports and analyzes of sales
  • Control lead generation and statistics on it together with the marketing team
  • Maintain and further develop our cross-selling activities together with our retention team
  • Managing many projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Collecting information about market and product development, and contributing to market analysis as we grow and develop

Profile:

We are looking for a talented and energetic Sales Coordinator, who will help continue our growth and build our position in the Danish market, and who has the following profile:

  • Experience with being a Sales Coordinator
  • High energy level
  • Self-motivated and able to identify areas to attack
  • Likeable personality, flexible, open-minded, and easy going
  • Structured approach to any given task
  • Experience with CRM (preferably HubSpot) and Office 365
  • Native level Danish, excellent English skills, and an advantage if you speak and write one or more of the Scandinavian languages

It is crucial to emphasize that you must be outgoing and a self-starter. You are motivated by being a part of a fast-growing company, and you enjoy that no days are alike. The position is part time, however, as RISMA grows there will be opportunity for the right candidate to grow accordingly either in the Sales Coordinator position or other areas of RISMA Systems.

You will refer directly to the Sales Director for Denmark, and you will be part of the Commercial Team and have shared services from headquarters in Denmark.
