Working for Convena Distribution as a trainee, you get a wide range of tasks, and two days are rarely the same. During the 1-year training, you will work with the daily tasks of the Sales department.
In the Sales department, you will get a thorough understanding of the different areas of sales – for example calling customers, taking care of customer service, follow-up, updating data, making orders, attending client meetings etc. You will be working daily in our new CRM-system and continuously expand our customer database. Furthermore, you will be cooperating with other departments at Convena Distribution; purchase, warehouse, and e-commerce.

An instructive period of training during which you develop your professional and personal competences and put your theoretical knowledge into practice in a professional business. You are assigned your own tasks and at the same time have competent and committed colleagues to discuss them with. After your time as a trainee, we hope you will stay and become a Key Account Manager with your own customer portfolio.
You become part of an international and ambitious company. Currently, we are 80 staff members distributed across five offices in Europe. The office working environment is informal, and both internal and external cooperation is characterized by respect for individuals and one another - and we like to have fun.

- Have a flair for and interest in sales.
- Like to talk to people – you will have daily phone contact with new and existing customers.
- Are extrovert, independent and responsible.
- Are service minded, flexible and able to juggle several tasks simultaneously.
- French speaking on fluent level.
- Effortlessly speak English.
- Danish language skills are a plus but not required.
- Familiar to Microsoft standard programs.
Practicalities:
- You will be working full time at Convena Distributions headquarter at Industriholmen 51, 2650 Hvidovre.
- You will refer to Sales Manager Laurent Fraysse.
- Some travel activity may occur.
