YOUR JOB

The role is a full-time, senior position. We are the leading kombucha company in Denmark, passionate about what we do and growing quickly. We have just finished a second round of funding and are heavily investing in growth. We are looking for someone with experience to lead our expansion into targeted export markets as we begin to show the rest of Europe just how good kombucha can be. We have a motivated team, a superior product and a shiny new brewery – now we need you. Your role will involve:

  • Working with founders to map export strategy, focusing on retail in Sweden, Norway, Holland, UK and Germany.
  • Locating relevant agents, distributors and retail customers in new markets.
  • Executing sales strategy, including negotiating agreements and terms with new partners.
  • Building the organization and systems needed to deliver on targets and report progress.
  • Coordinating with each market to maintain existing relationships and drive new business.

YOUR SKILLS

You have the experience and network to take something you believe in to the next level. You know the ins and out of the beverage trade and retail sales. You have the mindset to set targets and deliver on them to build something you are proud of. Ideally you:

  • Have senior sales management experience.
  • Have experience in both on- and off trade B2B sales, specifically in Sweden, Norway, Holland, UK and Germany.
  • Have a strong track record with sales and key account management.
  • Have experience with locating relevant agents, distributors and retail customers in the beverage sector and negotiating terms and contracts.
  • Enjoy getting things done, are self-driven and have a proactive mindset.
  • Enjoy traveling to fairs and trade shows to engage potential customers.
  • Have the desire to join a smaller company and the desire to see an exciting startup grow and mature.
