The Wunderman Thompson Center of Excellence for Personalisation and Marketing Automation (CoE) is looking for a Senior Partnership and Sales Manager to help grow our business in Germany. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team in a new territory and take responsibility for generating new business and working closely with our strategic partners to identify and convert new digital marketing opportunities.

Wunderman Thompson Centre of Excellence (CoE) for personalization is a high-tech agency, specializing in the delivery of a full suite of digital marketing experiences that enrich and evolve brand-consumer relationships.

With the brain of a consultancy and the heart of an agency, we work with some of the world’s most admired brands within sport, fashion, consumer goods, retail, travel & hospitality, pharma, and finance.

What will your day look like?


As our new Senior Partnership and Sales Manager, you will be delivering sales proposals, pitch presentations, and commercials. This includes creating, maintaining, and converting a sales pipeline. You will also be responsible for building strategic relationships with our technology partners and local sister agencies. More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Working with our partners and prospects to create new business opportunities in the region
  • Developing customer case studies and customer references
  • Leading special projects and initiatives such as Pilots and MVPs.

Wunderman Thompson CoE is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, with offices in Sweden, the UK, Spain, Canada and Thailand as well. We deliver compelling digital experiences for our global customers on the Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud; and we run and operate digital marketing channels for some of the worlds’ largest brands. This includes Air Canada, Adidas, Ikea, Unilever, HBO, Pandora, and SAS. Our team of +500 digital marketing specialists deliver more than 100 million personalised customer interactions in over 150 markets around the world every day.

Our team includes Strategy, Consultancy, Creative, Data, Technology, and Operations specialists. We are Adobe Platinum and Salesforce Platinum partners with one of the largest concentrations of Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications in Europe and many of the most ambitious brands.

What do you bring to the table?


You are a self-motivated and responsible individual with a pro-active attitude. You are confident and able to hold relationships with senior key stakeholders, as well as able to articulate the value proposals of our technology partners. You will act as a pitch guru and you have a flair for rich and engaging presentations. Digital marketing and advertising is your driving force, and you enjoy collaborating with a team in order to deliver success. In addition, you have:

  • A degree or master’s level qualifications
  • +5 years of experience in a senior position from an agency, consultancy, or tech company
  • Experience with Adobe and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as a technical background with a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in English and native in German
  • The ability and willingness to travel often to be with the wider team in Copenhagen or London.
