Key Responsibilities
Overall, you will have the responsibility of handling Customers Service and Logistics functions with full compliance using group governance rules and regulatory environment. You focus on strong Logistic performance by ensuring product availability, supply optimization and cost efficacy. Furthermore, you will ensure full implementation of the SAFERT program in Total Nordics, which is a program aiming at increasing the safety for road transportation. Finally, you will be responsible for the optimization of supply of Packed & Bulk lubricants and support towards logistics operation of Bitumen, Special Fluids and Aviation in ensuring the supply of our products by trucks and vessels.

Finally, you will be responsible for the optimization of supply of Packed & Bulk lubricants and support towards logistics operation of Bitumen, Special Fluids and Aviation in ensuring the supply of our products by trucks and vessels.
Your areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
- Manage a team of 10 people, ensuring the proper organization, permanent optimization of the team;
- Accompany the team in reaching objectives and evaluate their performance;
- Define and monitor, in liaison with HR, mandatory and recommended training courses for employees;
- Define, control and communicate relevant KPI’s to measure the performance of the team.
- Accompany customer service manager to develop new dematerialization tools;
- Enforce the best practice for claim management;
- Evaluate, select and monitor haulers and manage the contractual relationship with them;
- Monitor the cost of our logistics solutions;
- Manage stock committee in coordination with team members and organization of necessary scrapping;
- Support the products supply, manage the logistics and purchase flows within SAP;
- Develop the necessary tools for adhoc needs and requests;
- Participate in commercial offers by giving inputs to logistics solutions and costs;
- Participate in the analysis of accidents/incidents and risks assessments.
