Customer Service Employee (Interim position)
We are looking for a candidate to join our international export team in Copenhagen as a maternity replacement from October 1st 2019, until approximately July 2020.
The candidate will be dedicated to one primary region but must expect to support other regions depending on seasons and holidays. The candidate will be in close dialogue with our customers about all details related to handling their orders and other operative requests. The candidate will be working in a dynamic international environment as primary back office and daily contact for our customers. The candidate will be part of our Group Sales Team and refer to a Regional Manager.

The candidates will be based in Copenhagen at our export office on Østerbro but will also visit the head office and breweries in Skaelskør and Dargun.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Be in close contact with our customers about every detail related to the handling of their orders, such as
- Communicate with customers by phone and E-Mail
- Coordinate orders with internal Supply chain and Logistics in Denmark and Germany and Supply chain
- To register and update the customer data in our internal system (AX)
- Follow up on payments
- Handling claims
- Support stock management (pre- and post-production)
AS OUR NEW CANDIDATE, WE EXPECT YOU TO:
- Be a service-minded person with hands-on mentality
- Have experience from similar position in customer sales, preferably FMCG
- Have relevant education, such as for example from the shipping industry
- Have proficient English skills
- Have experience in working cross-functionally and cross-culturally
- Have the ability to take responsibility and resolve issues proactively
- Be good in planning, structuring and prioritizing tasks, due to many daily tasks and deadlines
- Have previous experience from export environments, e.g. knowledge of international Inco and payments terms
- Be an experienced MS Office user and have some experience in using ERP systems (preferably AX)
