Job Description

We are looking for a person to a part time Sales and Office Coordinator role in our Copenhagen, Denmark office to support our succesful operations in Denmark.

  • Supporting sales and other management on daily operations
  • Handling all deliveries to the office including but not limited to: letters, packages etc.
  • Notifying employees on deliveries
  • Organizing outgoing deliveries
  • Managing IFS Mailbox
  • Taking care of office documents workflow
  • Organizing food and refreshments for meetings
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Following up stock of supplies
  • Maintaining storage
  • Management of office keys and access passes
  • Implementing safety practices at the office
  • Alerting the Facilities Manager of any issues that may impact normal business operation
  • Liaising with the Facilities Manager and landlords to immediately rectify any building / site issues as they arise to ensure that the environment remains safe all IFS employees, contractors and visitors
  • Any other tasks or projects that the Sales or Facilities management deems necessary as and when they occur

Qualifications

  • Fluent English (minimum level C1)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion in dealing with confidential information
