About Develop Diverse

Develop Diverse is an AI-based software platform that promotes inclusive writing which will enable companies to reach a wider and more diverse candidate pool. It detects implicit - and explicit stereotypic language in texts and suggests neutral alternatives in real-time. This way, our customers have attracted more qualified candidates regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, neurodiversity, physical disabilities and saved time on recruitment.

The role

The Customer Success Manager role is new within Develop Diverse, which means there is a large opportunity to bring your own experiences into play and shape the role. In this role you will have great growth-potential as we will expand the Customer Success department as we grow and hope you could be the one to do so. Today, we need you to be hands-on and interact with clients to make sure all clients are using the Develop Diverse software the best way possible.

What you’ll do

  • Set up success planning with new customers and onboard new customers
  • Ensure quarterly status meetings and frequent follow-ups with clients
  • Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition professionals, HR leaders, D&I professionals, Employer branding and other stakeholders on the client side to maximize Develop Diverse’s product adoption during the subscription period
  • Act as a trusted adviser, advocating client needs back to Develop Diverse’s internal support, product, engineering, and marketing team
  • Own Customer support which entails researching and responding to customer support issues
  • Effectively renew and expand existing customer annual revenue
  • Become a subject-matter expert and understand Diversity & Inclusion drivers
  • Educate customers on best practices and providing professional level guidance

What you have

  • Previous experience with the Customer Success function
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Great enthusiasm for customer outcomes and value delivery during the customer lifecycle
  • Team-oriented attitude, motivated to be part of an innovative and expanding team
  • Great ability to organize work and tasks, you like to take initiative and take ownership

Please note that this role will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark and that we cannot offer this role as a fully remote position. We offer flexible working hours and ability to work from home as we know you will perform best when your work-life and professional life are balanced.

As society opens up, you will be expected to occasionally travel for customer meetings which will be paid by the company

The recruitment process

We respect your time, so the case is a "mini-case" and will be open until we have found the right candidate, that giving you the flexibility to solve it whenever it fits your schedule. After the submission deadline, we will review all the completed cases, and you will receive detailed feedback on your case solution.

Based on the case solution and the best match to a cultural alignment in Develop Diverse, 5-10 candidates will be invited for a personal interview. Because we want every person in Develop Diverse to feel welcomed and included and to be able to utilize their talents in the best way possible.
