About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent with Dutch language skills to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. You’ll be working as a Customer Support Agent reporting to the Customer Support Manager.
Customer Support Agent responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our customers' trust. You will be in direct contact with the customers through various channels. You also will be accountable to troubleshoot any problem and issues occurring to the customers regarding our products in the service.
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support.

- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via our support channels and social media
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
- Monitoring customers’ reviews and answer to them in polite manner aiming to provide the information requested
- Reaching KPI’s set for your market
- Organize efficient work process within your responsibilities
About you
To be successful in this role we believe you have
- Experience in customer support field or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Experience with troubleshooting problems
