You will be joining an international team of bright minds from varied backgrounds, who work closely together and with our offices in France, to understand the needs of companies and individuals and support them in taking sustainable and impactful actions. We are an easy going but highly motivated team, who take great pride in delivering the best solutions to our customers and doing our bit for climate and nature positive action.. Your place of work will be at our cozy office in Frederiksberg, with the occasional “office-dog” visiting and team breakfast on Fridays.

What your days could look like:
- Build a strong pipeline of small, medium and large leads on the UK market
- Deploy an extensive pallet of prospective tools & practices (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, emailing, trade fairs, etc.) to identify their needs and build corresponding offers among our catalogue or Nature-Based Solutions (NBS)
- Build a portfolio of corporate customers by closing deals and turning them into new, impactful and valuable long-term partnerships
- Participate in sustainability and/or tech events, fairs, networking sessions and other interesting forums
- Collaborate and spare closely with EcoTree’s UK Manager and your Business Developer peers in our other EcoTree markets (France, Netherland, DK and the DACH region)
- Become an expert, through an extensive and in-house training in our NBS offerings - sustainable forestry, carbon removal credits, biodiversity and much more…
- Be an active part of a bigger team, anchored in France but in an international, dynamic, progressive environment
- Working in a successful and continuously-growing impact startup who plants forests, restores ecosystems and promotes biodiversity in Europe.
What do we expect from you?
- 3 to 5 years experience in corporate sales development
- Being hands on and especially being proactive - You will always have a teammate to help you out but you have to be able to work autonomously and reach your targets
- Native proficiency in British English - French is a definite plus due to our French heritage and location of our head office but not a requirement
- Fast learner with an interest in being part of a growing green impact start-up and becoming an expert in carbon removals and nature based solutions
- Easy-going person that likes to talk with people and grab a friday beer with your team.
