The primary purpose of the Sales Excellence Manager role is to drive operational and strategic improvements in the Capture One sales model and ensure all Operational support processes run effectively and efficiently to support the business.
Areas of responsibilities and how the role add value
Sales Leadership:
- Drive consistency and excellence in how we sell to our Customers and Partners
- Deliver improvements on traditional and emerging business models.
- Be the champions of change
- Continue to look for opportunities to optimize/leverage common processes and tools across segments (Enterprise and channel).
- Drive and own best practice replication for the Capture One business.
- Drive the organization to World Class Selling standards across Capture One functions.
- Leverage and execution on Capture One strategy
Business Insight:
- To continue to evolve the business into a value oriented and data driven culture.
- Drive business investments based on data driven results.
- Continue to evolve the business from lagging indicators and reactive state to leading indicators and proactive state
- Have deep insight into business levers and understand how to identify and drive impactful improvements with speed. Understands the importance and connection of core sales motions and supporting process to business results.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure operational excellence across core sales motions and supporting processes.
- Building the SW Channels Sales toolbox
- Drives predictable business performance by driving a rigorous Rhythm of Business (ROB) process.
- Drives efficiencies within Capture One across segments.
- Looks for opportunities to drive scale in the Capture One business for greater productivity improvements.
- Continually drives standardization and simplification across Capture One business operating models and processes.
- Support and improve sales excellence model from strategy to execution
- Engage and collaborate with the Marketing team in order to establish and execute content creation and communication
- Secure enterprise software sales through eCommerce channels and partner channels
With direct reference to the SW Channels Sales Director you will become a key driver when it comes to creative new ways of optimizing sales – directly as well as indirectly.
Desired qualifications
The job requires a self-driven, structured person with strong opinions on sales and business excellence preferably within the software industry.
The ideal candidate comes with a strong background from a similar position where you have influenced both the strategic and operational business and sales efforts.
- You have great understanding of BTC and BTB software products and you use market knowledge to optimize your actions.
- You have experience with global sales excellence programs
- You possess great analytical capabilities and business sense. You are a methodological self-starter, who understands what it takes to move at pace, and still learn from mistakes – generating even more creative and untraditional solutions
- You bring a solid experience working with solution & value selling principles.
- You are used to design and execute sales training concepts – including webinars
- You are an experienced CRM user and have maybe been part of onboarding new CRM platforms
