If you know how to lead large cross functional projects in a global set up, we have just the right opportunity for you.We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented Project Manager to work on projects building scalability for our sales organization. As a Project manager, you will also be the intersection between stakeholders from various departments such as IT, Finance, Sales, Legal, Product Management, and others.

You will be part of the Global Sales Operations, a global organization that interfaces colleagues across departments around the globe. Your projects will be focused on leading the development of programs and sales tools enabling our go-to-market success. As a Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Project & Portfolio Manager, Global Sales Operations.

Key responsibilities

Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

  • Lead global medium- to large-scale cross-functional projects
  • Lead/be involved in change management to ensure successful implementation of the projects
  • Contribute to the problem-solving processes during the development of a project
  • Manage project progress and adapt work for the project team as required
  • Ensure projects are kept on schedule to meet deadlines
  • Manage relationships with relevant stakeholders and establish good collaboration with them
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks in the development of a project
  • Drive the project from the initial planning phases all the way through its rollout and hand it over to operations

Preferred skills and competencies

You hold a master’s degree in IT, business, or similar and have 3-5 years of experience in similar project management roles. In Global Sales Operations, we work agile and you should have experience with the agile toolkit for managing projects.

You have experience leading complex projects at international scale. You play a proactive role in the resolution of challenges that arise in the development of the project and you have ownership and accountability to see them resolved.

It is a clear benefit if you are experienced in interlocking with IT development teams as most of our projects requires working closely with them.

You come across as an organized and structured person with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

You have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to work effectively in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with your colleagues. You are a well-rooted person and stay calm, also when stakeholders have different interests and matters becomes urgent.

You are recognized as an effective communicator as you can articulate your ideas to get the message across and manage conversations efficiently with stakeholders. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as it is our corporate language (Danish knowledge is not required).

It is a plus for the role if you have knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
