The Job:

With one of our colleagues having moved on to new challenges within the Saxo Group a very interesting position for “Sales Planning Manager” has become available within our Global Sales Operations Team (GSO) with direct reference to the COO of Global Sales.

GSO is a central resource in Global Sales responsible for developing and running global sales processes and driving and implementing global initiatives across geographies. Joining GSO is a great opportunity to be part of a passionate, performance driven and commercially minded team with a broad experience from sales and the full Saxo value chain.

In this role, you will be responsible for facing off against the Global Sales organization to secure and develop a clear communication of the important sales strategy, planning and follow up. In addition, you are responsible for driving “OneSaxo” which is one of the groups communication platforms for driving and maintaining alignment across all global offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a communication and collaboration structure and tool within Global Sales – ensure efficient internal communication to all Global Sales
  • Prepare and collect ongoing commercial reporting to and from the offices to ensure transparency and cohesion on performance
  • Support GS COO team in running budget reviews and business initiative discussions with regional CEO’s
  • Support CSO for management and board meetings by preparing presentation material and securing relevant data
  • Drive the continuous development and adoption of the global presentation platform “Prezentor” to embed it into the sales culture of Global Sales
  • Coordinate the usage of LinkedIn Sales Navigator including agreement, licensing, training and monitoring of utilization
  • Prepare the contents for the One Saxo Call. Work with C-level and other stakeholders to make this event a weekly standout experience
  • Participate in and potentially drive ad-hoc projects across Global Sales

Your Profile:

You have a high level of energy and passion and you are motivated to always reach the highest level of quality in your work. You like to plan and design effective communication around sales methods, performance, measures and management. You are proactive and result-oriented and work in a structured way by also using your good eye for detail. Stakeholder management and collaboration with all your colleagues in Global Sales comes natural to you and you like working with others. Next to this, you are a real team player and a good colleague, you come across as professional and independent with a reliable work ethic.

If you are meeting most of the above mentioned criteria and you are interested in this role, please have a look at the following qualifications too:

  • 4+ years of working experience preferably within Communications and/or Sales management
  • Ability to build relationships and able to interact with internal stakeholders across various departments and functions in Headquarter and regional offices around the world
  • Commercial mindset and flair for designing and enhancing scalable and maintainable business solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
