In addition, you will help your colleagues on other operational tasks, like they will help you.
You will join the Sales Tools and Operations team to raise the service level and scalability of the operational tasks anchored in Global Sales Operations. The team ensures that the daily operational tasks and smaller operational projects are carried out with precision and predictability and collaborates well with other teams.

Area of responsibility
Your primary responsibility will be the maintenance and operations of our channel partner program, including tasks such as:
• Managing the operations, including that our partners have the correct levels, certifications, rights, etc.
• Running reports, prepare dashboards, and validate input with sales.
• Preparing internal training materials and explain the material to Milestone Global Sales in support of operations of the channel partner program.
• Driving communication to the channel partners and internal stakeholders on various operational topics.
• Executing the cadence of our channel partner advisory board targeting our top partners.
• Being our resident expert on all Channel Partner Program questions and support the regional super users to help them anchor the program execution in the regions.
• Continuously optimize and automate the partner program operations.
Secondary responsibilities
You will assist the team’s general areas of responsibilities such as:
• Processing Salesforce policies changes, user rights, ticket handling, and more.
• Administering Salesforce data for all audiences.
• Running our operational setup for global incentive schemes.
• Running reports, prepare dashboards, and validate input with sales.
• Supporting our regional super user setup.
What you bring to the team
Structured, punctual, and efficient are most likely among the words you use to describe yourself. You have an eye for streamlining processes and take pride in running operational tasks like clockwork. You are service-minded, and when you find that things are not in order (yet), it simply inspires you to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
Professional required qualifications
• 3-5 years’ work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or worked in a support role in the field of partner management or program operations.
• Experience in managing smaller projects.
• Fluent in English, written and verbally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to help create, optimize, and automate the structures needed in your job.
In addition, it’s a plus if you have experience
• Working in IT, tech, or similar industries.
• Working in an international matrix organization.
• And with data and contacts through supporting systems such as Salesforce and Power BI.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Accountable.
• Team player.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across and throughout the organization.
• Supportive and helpful.
• Positive with a can-do attitude.
2 – 3 weeks of travel annually may be required.
