Your mission...

As the Nordic Sales Manager for Professional Skincare, your role is to build, manage and develop long-term internal & external client relationships, to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the performance of both SkinCeuticals & Decléor. You will lead the field teams for both SkinCeuticals & Decléor, managing and executing the strategy, tactics and operational plans and define the client development and strategic roadmap. You will be responsible to optimize the commercial plans, financial & business planning, objectives, and profitability. The role reports to the Brand Business Leader for SkinCeuticals & Decléor.

You will…

  • Lead and manage the performance of full field team for SkinCeuticals & Decléor across the Nordics, which includes setting objectives, incentives, monitor performance and motivate
  • Monitor daily sales and sales objectives to achieve turnover.
  • Respecting the brand strategies and objectives - define priorities by customers/distribution channels and clearly communicate and monitor field team to execution.
  • Be responsible for the commercial P&L per channel, to ensure best ROI and execution in trade.
  • Oversee all contract and SDA agreements with clients and guarantee the interests SkinCeuticals & Decléor.
  • Develop trusting relationships with key customers to improve the professional image of the brands.
  • Coordinate with other brands to develop relationships with retail chains where applicable.
  • Work closely with the supply chain and customer service to ensure stock availability and excellent service to clients.
  • Be responsible for the commercial back-office with the support of the sales administrator for Pro SkinCare.


Your profile...

  • +8 years’ experience within key account management / buyer / marketing / product specialist (Preferably from medical and/or beauty industry)
  • Solid knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing principles and techniques including digital knowledge 
  • Analytical and data driven mindset; comfortable analyzing and drawing conclusions from large data sets
  • Ability to travel across Nordics
  • Strong stakeholder management ability across multi-function and multi-country
  • First class communication and collaboration skills
  • Conviction to make decisions and influence internal and external stakeholders
