Your mission…

As the Nordic Marketing Graduate in the Professionnel Products Division for the French Brands (Kérastase, L’Oréal Professionnel, Shu Uemura), your role is to contribute to the development of the brand and play a strong coordinating role within the team. You are going to take responsibility of brand projects and coordinate them on a Nordic level, and work closely with the Online Brand Manager, Social brand Manager and local trade teams. In this role, you will get to be part of the marketing adaption and implementation of 360º strategies in the Nordic countries. You will report to the Product Brand Manager.

You will…

• Assist and support the Product Brand Manager and marketing team in the execution of the brand

• Communicate and coordinate both with Nordic teams and local teams, as well as stakeholders and suppliers

• Assist catalog management, launches, activation and go-to-market plan

• Support on ad-hoc projects and ensure team coordination on events

• Analyze market data, conduct competitor monitoring and support on monthly reporting

• Communicate with internal departments and suppliers to coordinate production and delivery of materials

• Ad-hoc and daily coordination tasks

You are...

• You have graduated with a Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication within a year

• You have interest/experience in the beauty and/or FMCG industry

• You have excellent communication skills in English, and in one Nordic language

• You have good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel

• You have strong organization and coordination skills, strong communication skills and good time management

• You are interested in Digital Marketing, mechanics of Social Media (organic and paid), Direct Marketing and CRM

• You should have an eye for detail
