At Academic Work, we can, through our AW Academy, offer a unique opportunity to become a Salesforce consultant, through a tailored 12-week training program. We know that our concept and the learning method works, which means that we can offer you a permanent position as an IT consultant at Accenture after the training ends.

About the role


Salesforce is world-renowned for being one of the most innovative companies and recognized worldwide for its cloud-based CRM platform. Together with partner companies and customers in Denmark, they have experienced a great demand for consultants with knowledge and certifications within the Salesforce platform. To meet the needs of the market, Academic Work and AW Academy are collaborating with these companies, opening the door to new talents who want to become part of this world and industry. Through our 12 weeks of training at AW Academy, we provide you with the basic knowledge and expertise to start a new career as an application consultant specializing in Salesforce. You will undergo a unique education, where you will go into depth and become acquainted with the Salesforce platform. In addition, you will learn how to manage, maintain and make custom adjustments on the platform, and how customers can get the most out of this solution in connection with their customer-related work tasks.

In addition to knowledge of the platform, you will also gain insight into softer parts of the role during the training, which includes: Workshop facilitation, requirements identification and management, and how you work with customers' expectations.

You will get certified in the following:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Service Cloud


Job duties


After completing your education at AW Academy, you will be employed by Accenture.

Responsibilities:

  • Requirements management and analysis of processes within sales, customer care, and marketing for the customer
  • Implementation and maintenance of Salesforce solutions at the customer
  • Participation in and conduction of workshops with a focus on the company's needs
  • Performing system configuration, customizations, and troubleshooting on various platforms
  • Collaborate with technically oriented roles, such as architects and developers, in order to implement customizations
  • Transfer data to Salesforce from other systems
  • Teach super users or end-users how to use Salesforce

In this role, there will be a focus on improving existing competencies and the opportunity to continuously take on more advanced certifications.

EDUCATION INFORMATION


The training offers 12 intensive weeks together with other ambitious future colleagues. In addition, there will be support and teaching from competent teachers, where AW Academy, together with you as a future consultant, creates the framework for a steep learning curve.

  • Start-up evening: 24 January 2022 (After this, there will be preliminary studies until the start of the education)
  • Start of education: 21 February 2022
  • Exam: 20 May 2022
  • Scope: Full-time, scheduled teaching on weekdays in the period 9:00-17:00
  • Place of education: As this is an international program with participants from several countries, the education will be digital
  • Workplace after graduation: Accenture's office in Copenhagen

We are looking for


  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Danish is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Has passed our three initial tests
  • Has an interest in IT and programming

You do not need any previous experience in the field to be suitable for the job, but you must possess a logical approach to problem-solving, as well as the right motivation and attitude to be able to complete the intensive 12 weeks of training. For those who are selected to participate in the training, this will be the beginning of an exciting career.
