Over the course of the next couple of years Milestone System’s want to make significant advances within a number of training and development areas covering Sales Academy, Self-Paced Learning Programs, Onboarding and Train-the-Trainer programs.
The role as Learning Specialist, Sales Enablement is to support Milestone on the journey while also ensuring that we maintain a scalable setup.

The role
As a Learning Specialist, Sales Enablement the right candidate is responsible for:
• Be the global learning administrator and ensure end to end system support for our global learning initiatives
• Drive best practice, and adoption of new LMS features to best support Milestone as a globally integrated learning company
• Operating our different training systems (LMS, SharePoint, Workplace, Articulate)
• Developing and maintaining training content including editing of training videos E-learning (Articulate)
• Support key strategic initiatives from a learning perspective
• Handle coordination of signup for training courses
• Ensure ongoing reporting for learning
• Managing smaller training related projects
The right candidate will be able to establish strong working relationship with the sales regions to develop, support and facilitate learning opportunities.
Your qualifications
The right candidate already has experience within the area of training and learning aimed towards a sales organization.
• Min. 2 years' work experience from similar training or learning roles
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Experience developing eLearning courses and video editing
• Project Management experience is furthermore seen as an advantage
• Preferably the right candidate also has prior experience with Sharepoint, PowerBI or Articulate
• Experienced in stakeholder engagement. Capable of juggling input from stakeholders across the globe
• Preferable a business school or university degree
• Ability to effectively and comfortable with communicating and presenting in English at all levels of the organization
• The right candidate preferably also has experience working with a global sales organization
Additionally, the right candidate will have the following personal traits
• Strong business acumen
• Driven, proactive, and passionate with a positive can-do attitude
• Tenacious when it comes to see assigned projects through to the very end
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, yet with the calmness to complete most important tasks first
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills, operating eye to eye at all levels
• Flexible. As the role requires some travel and global presence, the right candidate must be able to work in a flexible working set-up
